Do nutpods need to be refrigerated?
Our unsweetened and sweetened creamers are shelf-stable until opened. After opening, please refrigerate and consume within 7-10 days for optimal freshness.
Are nutpods products vegan and gluten-free?
Yes! All nutpods products are certified vegan, gluten-free, and Non-GMO Project Verified. They are also free from carrageenan and soy.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $25 within the contiguous United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
Can I return my order if I don't like the flavor?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team within 30 days for a resolution.
Are your containers recyclable?
Yes, our cartons are made by SIG or Tetra Pak and are recyclable in many communities. Please check with your local recycling facility regarding 'Aseptic Packaging'.
